Avoid Outsurance, they just string you along...

I sent a claim to Outsurance for storm damage, they decided to pay because they gave me the incorrect info on their T&C's. I have just contacted the construction company to confirm an appointment this afternoon, a construction company Out appointed. This appointment was made on 20 September. The lady tells me now Outsurance cancelled the appointment and appointed a different assessor on the 20 Sept. What is going on with Outsurance? First you will attend to my claim, then cancel the assessor appointed without prior notice. Now Siphosethu, who is handling my claim, emails me to say I cancelled the appointment. This is the 3rd time she has **** about something I did not mention at all. I have my car and household insurance with Out, is this what happens when one claims. I can't believe this. I need to give my body corporate an answer by 8 Oct, what do I do now?
