AVOID outsurance. Avoid Tracker. Avoid call centre insurance
AVOID OUTSURANCE - FALSE PROMISES Outsurance misrepresented discount if Tracker Retrieve would be installed at R79 pm Outsurance special. Outsurance got Tracker to contact us. Tracker wanted debit order authorised for clise to R300 pm and not R79 as promised. Arrogant Outsurance guy wasted lot of time claiming to 'manage expectations'. Ininvited calls twice. In actual fact it was just plain breach of contract. They also just refused to send recording of verbal agreement to me as client. A contract has two sides. That recording cannot be their sole property. Dinovan Norkee promised to cancel contract and get Tracker removed from vehicle at dealership. Next day he back-tracked and told us to instruct Tracker ourselves. Tracker refused and insisted Outsurance must do it. I made recordings after warning Tracker and Donovan Norkee. Our email 07 Jul 2023, 15:34 tCADonavan's boss ismails at out coza just ignored up to now. AVOID CALL CENTRE INSURANCE. Naked insurance offered 2/3 of premium wirh lower co-payment and no Tracker type expense.

Our client care manager contacted you. It was established that the request for the correct device to be installed was indeed sent to Tracker. Our client care manager also explained we cannot cancel the contract you have with Tracker on your behalf.
You have since cancelled the cover of the vehicle and insured it with another insurer.
