Avoid at all cost
Tried to increase premium by 30% claiming it was "inflation increase". Just trying to **** people into paying more hoping you don't complain. Avoid at all costs.

08 Jan 2020, 11:01Good day Bruce,
Thank you for your feedback. There are several factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes, non-payments etc.
We would like to look into your profile and provide you with proper feedback however you informed us you are no longer interested.
We apologise for the disappointment.
