3 problems experienced: 1. Premiums go up by a vast margin, if you do not fight it, they will just put it up as much as they can. 2. Car is valued way below market retail value. 3. If you cancel with them, they try convince you otherwise, which is fine with me but it was to late, too little. Full story with this one below.
Premium went up, my car depreciates. I asked for a reduction. They went from my raised premium to my normal premium, so rather pointless, people must always query their premiums. In the meantime, I received quotes from competitors of Outsurance, the pink competitor offered me half the price of my normal premium, additionally they valued my car at the market price I expected, ie if I wrote off my car. Can I walk into a dealership and buy the exact same car. Then when I tried to cancel, the lady only then wants to drop the premium to half, when I already asked the first time. I should not have to ask twice. Then she badgers me when I request to cancel. I was patient up to a point.
