Automatic Doubled premium amounts
They have automatically doubled my Pet Insurance from R1600 to R2100, after I have not claimed a cent in the last year. They just debit your account automatically, and refuse to refund. Check those terms.

16 Sept 2025, 16:12Good day Sylvia,
We understand that receiving an annual increase comes as a disappointment.
There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments etc. We have it on record that there was an incident in March this year. Our client services manager will call you to address your concerns.
We do apologise for the disappointment.
Regards,
The OUTsurance Team
