Attention to detail

I have a few cars insured with Outsurance. I phoned to ask for a cross boarder letter and without checking on which vehicle to issue the letter on the agent sent me one on the wrong vehicle.. This letter had no expiry date.. I immediately phoned to get a new letter on the correct vehicle issued.. This agent insisted that she could only issue a letter for up to 3 months...After a bit of arguing I accepted that it would be issued for three months.. I have now received the letter on the correct vehicle but now I see it is valid from 5/7/2019 to 5/9/2019,,,THATS TWO MONTHS...Do I phone again? Man this is just a cross boarder letter. HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

Good day Everon,

This is definitely not the level of service we usually provide. Tumi our client services manager has been unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you and she has left you messages notifying you of her attempts.

We have sent you an updated letter which is valid for 3 months.

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,
OUTsurance
