atrocious treatment from Outsurance

<p>I was assigned a person, Mercy Pule to deal with my claim and she has said a single word to me. A client of Outsurance reversed into my car almost 3 weeks ago. I have sent everything that was asked for.</p> <p>I get a call from a Lebogang after complaining on HeloPeterwho was so condencending. He tried to make me feel like I dont understand anything about legal claims so that they could do whatever they want. I am not stupid , I will not be taken for a ride by Outsurance. 4-6 weeks in my case is uncceptable. I cannot use my car !!!</p> <p>He didnt not even try batter me up with the old "we will do everything we can". He was complaining about me complaining ??? Whats that?</p>
