ATHALIE BISSOON REFUSES TO ADD ADDITIONAL CAR TO MY FLEET.

Hi, i am absolutely livid by your service. I've been requesting an additional vehicle to be added to my fleet since last year November 2021 and up until date this has still not been done. The broker Athalie refuses to activate the additional car because i requested a different broker after she activated lost of keys and lost of service on my policy without my consent. So now i can NOT get this additional car added onto my fleet because she refuses to assist. Ive contacted outsurancce on numerous occasions and everytime i am told that i have a fleet and they cant assist Athalie should activate the additional car but she refuse to. This is my policy number OT***1.
