Ataniel the guy allocated to investigate our claim was very patient and impartial on the work he needed to do. As much as it was a stressful situation, he was always reassuring us explaining every step of the process and why he needed to do certain things. It was our 1st claim of this magnitude and I was really worried. I am sticking with OUTsurance, I am very impressed with the level of respect shown throughout the whole process 👏 I trust our Business will grow bigger and more sustainable so I can return the favour in terms of more business 🤗
