At first, I was hesitant to switch to OUTsurance, mainly because I am a single 80-year old lady whose HEARING is no longer very good and I am still a bit INTIMIDATED by doing everything online, as opposed to talking eye-to-eye to someone. However, Ronel and also Adam were so helpful and patient - in no way pressurizing me - and I decided to take the leap of faith and committed myself to become a member of the OUTsurance family.
