Astonishing/overwhelming/awesome and breathtaking

I was so stressed that, i broke my Apple Watch and when i called OUTsurance to claim. I got the "are you kidding me" effect, on the person that assisted me. I registered the claim at 09:00 in the morning and 11:30 on the dot they called me, again. They had gotten a replacement quote and approved my claim, klaar. The advisor Alienor Moodley is on another level beyond awesome. Still can't believe it. I am never leaving OUTsurance.
