Assessor goes the extra mile

I took my car to be assessed for damages and a quote for an Outsurance Claim. by Shane, the assessor. I had quite a few questions because the person who knocked into my car wanted me to do the claim through his insurance, but I was concerned that it would not be in my best interest to take that route. I did not know how that would affect my no claim bonus or premium. I also had questions regarding the repair job and where the BMW approved panel beaters were.Shane was very efficient and answered all my questions and not once made me feel that I was asking too many questions.
