Assessment on my car damage

I had to take my car to the Outsurance Assessor as I had had a small accident and it had been reported to Outsurance. Suren was very polite and extremely thorough on assessing the damage to my vehicle. He took lots of pictures and explained the damages to me. He then explained what would happen next and as he did the report so quickly, I received a call from Outsurance not even 15 minutes later telling me it had been logged, the cost of the damages and what my excess was. I was very impressed. This is the first time I have dealt with Outsurance and I will definitely recommend them
