Assesment of Damages on Vehicle

I arrived in the road as directed by the Outsurance telephony consultant and as mention was made of Kondolis Motors ,i accidently went there . They refered me down the road and I drove up and down ,not being able to find the Outsurance Office. In driving down the road again I saw a man and Asked him for the location and this happened to be Mr Wickstrom ,who was waiting on me.<br> He ,Mr Wickstrom ,was very friendly and Immediately went back into the Complex and came out with a camera. Whilst proceeding with the assesment, He explained the process to me and was very courteous in dealing with me whilst asking questions and explaining the rest of the process to me. <br> It appeare that I was late as another customer pulled up in truck and Mr Wickstrom very politely greeted him and informed him that he wont be long. As I left he guided me out of the parking lot as a parting gesture noted the direction out of the area.
