Ask for R1500... and wait

I called to get a quote and spoke to a great agent. However Outsurance could not beat my current insurance so I asked for the 1.5k. I received the sms with the OTP but did not receive the link to claim this. I called back a few days later, confirmed my email address and it is over a week that I am still waiting. Fine print states that you have 30 days to claim, so I guess I will get the email on day 31.
