As usual, I put Outsurance to the test

As usual, I put Outsurance to the test. Coming from a major insurance company where I was insured for years and years, I tried to set a trap for Outsurance. Not only do Outsurance address me in my home language, but they also exceed far more than expected. In one word right from my broker, right down to the claims department they are extremely professional and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. We'll done. I will not look at any other insurer as of today. I feel like the most and only valued client, when dealing with them. Thank you Outsurance and thank you to the incredible staff members, and thank you for addressing me in my home language which is Afrikaans. No other company are able to do this. Mike Kruger
