As one knows losing your life long partner can be very daunting having to face all the things associated with a deceased estate.One of them being changing the insurance policy on your vehicle. Well what a surprise!I had hardly dialled the Outsurance number when it was answered.A first for me!From the first person answering my call to Azwi doing the changes was friendly and professional and the change was done so quickly too.Here i was thinking it would take days.How wrong was I. Azwi you are a star.An asset to your company. Thank you for making me a part of Outsurance. Best regards Theresa
