As a pensioner...not...
As a pensioner...not used to technology/ digital platforms...I was assisted in the most professional manner.... She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She assured me that she was there to assist me.. and this she did.. in an EXCELLENT way! I was so very relieved and touched by her demeanor AND professional help. WELL DONE..and thank you for this outstanding service.
