As a new customer, I can only speak for the service received by my sales agent, Tiego Cignoli. His knowledge, understanding of the products, and patience was beyond excellent. Based on my initial experience, the benefits afforded by my plan and the ease of the mobile app, I rate the service 5☆ As time goes, and I have a claim submission, I will update this review and hope that the service I received when signing up is carried across all other departments within the organization.
