As a homeowner,we have never received a refusal regarding a claim,we had a major electrical surge in Valhalla about 3 years ago.Electrical appliances were replaced Geyser repairs over last 3 years,due to damaged latco.valves were proffrsionaly replaced and because we are pensioners over 70 Outsurance response has always given us peace of mind
