As a first-time insurance customer, and having very limited knowledge. I phoned a few companies and because of frustration gave up, the companies I spoke to were not very friendly or helpful, I was devasted, and wanted to totally give up, then I spoke to OUTsurance. As I dialled the number in tears feeling very frustrated, disappointed, and so worried that again I will hit a brick wall and not get the help, knowledge, advise and ultimately an insurance cover that I would like, thinking and lining up for the next dead end. One second into the phone call, I had to eat humble pie as I was very very quickly proven wrong and totally blow back by the most amazing, knowledgeable agent, two words - PERFECTION PERSONIFIED , Thank you
