Arrogant Outsurance Consultant

Yesterday I had the unfortunate task of having to deal with Zayne Pillay. I am in the process of buying a new car and after having shopped around I found a better a better deal at Alexander Forbes. Due to this i contacted Outsurance to cancel my existing policy and was transferred through to Zayne. When the call went through the Zayne he asked me what were my reasons for the cancellation. So I had explained to him that i got a better deal. He proceeded to tell me that i will shortly be seeing an advert on TV that tells the public that Outsurance is the best short term insurer in SA currently. He also began an argument with me stating that the only reason that Alexander Forbes had given me that rate is because they just want my business and that for an amount as little as R100 i shouldnt be changing to them. Its all good and well to be loyal to an organisattion you work for however, i do feel that Zayne needs to realise that their is a fine line between being loyal and arrogant. I dont appreciate the way in which i was spoken to. Please pull the call if you must and listen to the tone of the conversation.<br> <br> Regards<br> Suevarna
