Arrogant cancellation agent
Called outsurance to cancel policy dd 18/08/23 at 10:54. An arrogant agent Fatima hung up on me and said she'd call me back within 5mins. She then emailed policy docs which i didnt ask for, sent many sms of which none was what i asked for. Its more than an hour ago and still no call back. Also not only that, i managed to save more than R400 with another company plus more coverage. Outsurance really is not the best and cheapest.

Subsequent to her attempts, she cancelled your policy and emailed you confirmation of cancellation.
