Arrears payment listed on my Credit Report?!
I am currently in the process of getting a bond and the bank has come back saying that I have missed a payment on my Outsurance in May 2017. Not only did I not miss this payment, I also received no notice of this alleged arrears.
The bank is now refusing to issue my bond till I prove otherwise and I am still awaiting a response from Outsurance..........

Our offices sent the relevant correspondence to the respective credit bureaus of which a copy was forwarded to you as well.
