Arno Botha - A true asset to Outsurance!

I don't even need to recommend Outsurance building insurance, their service does it by itself! I had a house fire the evening of 10 October. I reported it early on 11 October and they said the building assessor, Arno Botha, would be in contact with me shortly.

Arno kept their promise and called me shortly after to arrange a site inspection at 12:00 the same day. Arno arrived on time and were very professional. After the inspection he told me that the damage were fairly substantial and that he'll need authorization from his manager.

He went back to his car, made a quick call, then got back out and informed me that the claim for the building was pre-approved. This before a contractor has even done a quote!

At this stage it seems as if the repairs are already going to start next week! I've heard horror stories of people in the same situation, who were insured with other companies, so I already dreaded dealing with the situation.
