Appreciation

I really don’t know where to start because of the amazing service I’ve received all these years from OUTsurance.

Let me start with my funeral policy…When my dad passed away I claimed and wow the process was so quick and to my surprise it was like the agent I spoke to felt my pain. He was gentle and polite throughout the process and kept asking how I’m holding up and gave me comforting words, I even forgot I was claiming. I promise you for a second I thought I’m talking to a friend asking him for assistance 👌🏽 to help me with my dads funeral.

The second time when I claimed, it was for my car, for a glass chip repair. The process also went smooth and because I didn’t see the marker for the chip which was fixed they sent someone to my work place to make sure the chip was done. Few hours of claiming OUTsurance our loyal friend sent out a call to fulfill their promise as always.

Then I called again but this time not to claim. I wanted to switch my cover because I heard another insurance should be more affordable but to my surprise OUTsurance lowered my Access. I even asked the lady who assisted me to give me her managers email address so I can thank him/her for having such a wonderful person on his/her team I think her name is Nola Lukele. I even went as far as adding on to my cover.
