What a pleasent service I got from Mbali, I was in shock, pain and confusion state. I requested the company to call me and she did, she was nice, polite and understanding as well. We started the claiming process so nicely, it did not took even 4 days tobe completed. Claim was succesful without drama. even other guys that called me asking for pictures were nice and very professional. I'm happy and greatful I took car insurance from them. and I also have other covers as well with Outsurance and I will never change this company. If you looking for a reliable insurance company, contact outsurance, they are the best shame. I give them 10/10.
