Appauling service, refused claim, cancelling all business

My husband was in an accident. He was hit by a client of outsurance and our car is completely destroyed. They decided to go with one sided story of their client and not repair our car. Their client was driving by himself and there were 3 people in our car, they didnt even bother to get the 2 other witnesseses to the incident and the case is closed. I am appaulled at their service and want all my policies with them cancelled and my money refunded.
