Apparently my son went on my bank app and reversed my outsurance premium without my knowledge and I was not aware of it, until one of the most wonderful and phenomenal customer service personnel from outsurance called me and informed me. I was Soo devastated and very stressful that my policy will lapse. She, the outsurance personnel made sure that my policy is not canceled or lapsed. I am Soo great full of them and their outstanding service. I mean if they did not care enough to inform me about my debit order being reversed, they prove to me that it's not about money but also caring to the extremities for their customers.
