Appalling service from Outsurance

If insurers were houses, Outsurance would be a makeshift shack. The insurer would make a commitment to a client, but after a year of not fulfilling the same commitment, the insurer starts making new excuses so as to avoid fulfilling the commitment. Even a makeshift shack may be better than this insurer. This is an overpriced shack, really.
