Appalling feedback from the so called senior staff at Outsurance

This serves to inform all potential and existing Outsurance customers of the absolutely appalling service (or lack thereof) I have received from some of the "senior" Staff at Outsurance. I lodged a claim with Outsurance on 25 January 2020. A very professional assessor was appointed and inspected the damage on the 28th of January 2020. He informed me that he will submit his report that same evening and that I should receive feedback within the following day or two. The next day someone from the claims department contacted me and notified me that the claim was handed over to the assessing manager for the final decision and he will contact me shortly. To date I have yet to receive any feedback from the so called assessing manager regarding my claim. I have contacted their offices telephonically and per email and requested to speak to the manager regarding my queries. Every time I call I’m informed that the manager will phone me back urgently, which he never does. I again followed up today and was told the same story, without any success. I find this type of service absolutely appalling, especially considering their ranking with regards to last year’s results on the best insurance companies in South Africa. Their total disregard to customer satisfaction is shocking, and their treatment even more so.
