App Deception
Did you know that Outsurance has an app and this app cant do everything that is offered on the app, like a change of debit order date for example.Please be aware of this as its something important.

Andre from our app team contacted you to address your concerns and he informed you that a client can change their banking details via the app however we do not have the option to amend the collection date, Andre discussed the reasons for this in detail.
