Apart from me initially battling to get through to Outsurance at the time of my accident, the interaction between Outsurance and myself has been amazing. I would have given a 5 star rating but because trying to get through to Outsurance at the time proved extremely frustrating and stressful adding to my traumatic experience filling me with anxiety.
