Apalling claims service causing major damages

Absolutely appalled by the service from Outsurance. They were meant to process a simple geyser replacement claim but this has turned into a month long and still ongoing debacle. This is all due to their insistance on using their *********** plumbing service provider who caused major damages to our roof, walls and wooden floors. We have subsequently called our own provider to install the new geyser correctly but the damages caused are still to be repaired by Outsurance with no urgency or care for the massive inconvenience they have caused. Each new service provider they call to repair damages causes new damages. Utterly unacceptable.
