ANYBODY SPEAK THE LANGUAGE NEEDED FOR OUTSURANCE

About 1 year ago started getting SMS about my e-mails. Phoned, e-mailed, eventually asking for supervisors, or managers and each time time now fixed. Eventually deleted 15 e-mails. Over the last month now have another 10. Last phone call about two weeks ago with apologies etc. LO AND BEHOLD guess what.??? Just what do I have to do.
