It was such a pleasure dealing with Dion Govender. He was pleasant and relatable and was able to assist me, not only with my initial query but he also checked in with me on other equally important considerations that gave food for thought. I have been with Outsurance for 19/20 years and generally have not had a negative experience from taking our insurance cover, whether business or personal to making any claims and engaging with Dion today was a great reminder of why I am still a satisfied Outsurance client!
