ANOTHER 3RD PARTY CLAIM REJECTED
3rd party claims is what you never pay i see. I have read many reviews and i see this how you conduct yourselves. This *********, dishonest and **********. You client drove into my door while my car was stationery and i am told it is my fault he drove into my door on my side of the parking space? OUTSURANCE YOU ARE UNPRICINCIPLED.

We will not refute liability or apportion 3rd party claims if the merits are not in our cients' favour.
Our liability claims manager contacted you after having received your complaint.
She confirmed our client's vehicle was next to yours when you opened the door onto our client's vehicle. We have the footage confirming this and will be sending it on to you.
We however understand you are disappointed with the outcome, and we are not insensitive to the consequences hereof.
