Annual Property premium Re-Rate

<p>I phoned in to OutSurance to complain about a re-rate done on my property insurance and one John took my call and realised that I needed to speak to the property section about my property premium and put me through to Intombi who very diligently and patiently listened to my objection to the re-rate percentage of 9.97%. I told Intombi that I am a pensioner and that any pension increase would not exceed 5.9% because fund rules use the inflation rate as at end of September to determine pension increases. Intombi said she will make my day and reduced the annual premium considerably. Fantastic efficient service from John and Intombi for OUTSURANCE. </p>
