Annual 40% increase.

In general, I have found Outsurance a pleasure to work with. Last year, for the rerate they increased my premium by 50% which was amicably resolved as a "system error". This year, they have done the same thing at 40%. Not amicably resolved. Just lost a customer that has been with you for years. Can't afford that sort of year-on-year behaviour so will be finding someone else.
