I am still awaiting for my claim to be honored, I am still awaiting for the assessment, as the assessor told me my rims are insured as standard, however I did tell them when I took the policy that it is 17". I do not want to take my car to Ballito Panelbeaters, I would prefer another assessor to look at my car. I am now using an Uber, as I did mention that I borrowed the rims from someone and they needed it back.

Further to our initial private response, our claims manager Puseletso contacted you and informed you that your rims were insured as standard. In an effort to assist she authorised nonstandard rims however your policy will need to be updated going forward.
There was a delay from our advisor who did not refer the assessment on receipt. This has been adressed internally.
