I did a quote with an advisor A quote I did not even finish because I asked the advisor to call me back. I made it clear to the advisor that I’m trying to compare quotes Made no agreement or say something to suggest that lm choosing outsiurance on that 1 phone call. Was very reluctant to give the lady an account number but she said she needed it for the quote. Why am I waking up to debit order from OUTsurance when I never agreed to the policy or gave consent for the debit? This is ******** behaviour from such a reputable insurer, I need answers as too why this was allowed from that phone call that was not even concluded and I want the money back. Should even be scared to even get a quote from outsurance
