An insurance company unlike any other :)

<p>I have never had any confidence in any insurance company, I just always felt like I was another number to other insurance companies and claims would take long. As usual I was promised that outsurance wouldnt disappoint and this has been very true. I must say outsurance has impressed me by their customer service and being true to their word. All relavant departments communicate really well and you dont get messed around.</p> <p> </p> <p>My broker, Bradley Minnar, has really efficient and very fast on assisting me with my claim. He made the whole process very quick and within 2 days my claim was paid into my account. Bradley immediatly put me through all the correct channels. Very rare to has this sort of service from a broker!</p> <p> </p> <p>My thank you to Dabson Kanyoka for you swiftness in processing my claim and for being so polite. Im not sure of the name of lady from the legal department, but Im very glad to see that you guys are even quicker than the police to assist my case.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
