An insurance company destroying lives

<p>I am so fed up with this company and their double standards. Their slogan "you always get something out" is such a joke, and lately they say "we look for reasons to pay your claim" an even bigger lie.</p> <p>It has been 5 years. In 2011 my brother bought a Toyota Hilux bakkie for R350 000 and insured it with outsurance. 3 Months later the bakkie was stollen, but his claim was thrown out because he didn't have a tracker installed yet. They simply said, you should read the small print. No matter how much he protested, he only got doors to be shut in his face, they were so unsympathetical its revolting.</p> <p>He got married 5 months after the incidense and today have 2 children, but stil have not recovered from this tragic event. They are such good people contributing so much to society, yet there is this massive loss of R350 000 that keeps them from thriving like they could have. He still does not have a propper vehicle himself.</p> <p>All of this unnesessary pain and suffering because a multi-million Rand company are more interested in their stupid marketing adverts than helping out good people in need.</p> <p>Be careful, be very very careful, they are not who they claim to be, or can they prove me wrong...</p> <p> </p>
