Amazingly easy , cost effective and simple car insurance !

I completed the online request and within 5 minutes received a call from Berenice Pretorius who was prompt , efficient and extremely pleasant to communicate the service they can provide and elicit my response to a few questions. Berenice Pretorius was knowledgeable about the product suite and while friendly remained focused on the customers needs and what is on offer. She did not try and read everything at high speed and paused a suitable time to allow answers or pose questions. While I had cancelled my previous car insurance policy at the beginning of the year to go sailing upon our return we need to check whether we still were getting value for money and ended up saving over R400 pm !! Great service Berenice and while we were on the phone I could 'hear you smile' - keep it up it makes a difference
