Amazing Telephonic Customer Service

<p>I would like to applaud the excellent customer service I received recently from Mponeng Maphosa during our telephonic conversation. I work in retail and therefore I know how important customer service is and I understand everything about dealing directly with customers all day. Therefore I expect very good service when I am a paying customer. I left my previous insurance company because their customer service was pathetic and I feel I deserve better for what I am paying. Since joining Outsurance I have genuinely been impressed and my most recent encounter with them was more than I expected. She even realised it was my birthday and wished me for that, she was incredibly friendly and patient and I appreciate all the time and effort she put into making our very long conversation an enjoyable one. Thank you Mponeng, there should be more consultants like you in every company! </p>
