Amazing Service , Great Experience

On Monday 21 Sept sent a message on the Outsurance website within 1 minute I received a call from Shan, He was very professional and well clued up. I required Business Insurance for a vehicle I had just purchased, we went through everything,all the finer details were discussed, he was very patient, at the end of the call I requested he send me the quotation via email and I will make a decision by Wednesday.<br> I called one of the other insurance companies and done the exact same exercise, the agent from *** insurance gave a cheaper quote than outsurance BUT at the end of the call he was forcing me to take the policy with ***x insurance. <br> <br> Shan contacted me on Wednesday morning and i had explained to him what happened,I requested we go through the quotation again, we spent over an hour discussing all the details not once did he get irritated with me nor did he force any products onto me.
