Amazing Service from Steve

Its the first time i've called Outsurance for any road side assistance. I was at first reluctant after hearing about delays etc. But was great service, especially from Steve who called about 3 or 4 times to check up whether the service team had arrived for the road side assist. Absolutely great stuff Steve!!
