Amazing Service from Outsurance Advisors

<p>Recently my business which sell and finance Mini Bus Taxi moved all our business to Outsurance. What a positive step forward as they made concessions to help resolve unique challenges that are faced with financing taxis – instrumental to this was our Claudius Barendse our local representative. He went over and above what I believed was good service. For this I’m very grateful.</p> <p> </p> <p>What amazed me is that a huge corporate company was willing to address a small company's need. Usually business rules are set in concrete but they were willing to made concessions and this meant that we could limited our risk (in a very risky market) where other insurers where not willing to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of our taxi bosses (taxi owner) was shot two weeks ago as part of the on-going taxi war and with this unfortunate scenario we were not cover with our current policy and we need to resolve this ASAP. The Outsurance team then step up to the plate and a week later after going through many solutions came up with one of their existing products that addressed our needs perfectly.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is where Isaiah Maponya came in and he could in layman’s terms answer all my questions regarding this specific product and he went further calling all my taxi owners on finance and manage to sell this product to everyone. He gave me feedback on each client that was signed up. Amazing service and I will use him going forward.
