Amazing Service. Extremely Impressed.

I received a call from Valentino as I was interested in insurance for my car. Not only did he send an email after he could not get hold of me .He actually called me back again. The amount of patience and passion in his voice is unbelievable. It was like I was having a general conversation . Not once did it feel like a sales pitch . I must also say a big thank you to Valentinos manager. I cannot recall his name. but the service behind the scenes by this manager is unheard of this day and age. I wish all companies rendered this type of service.Thank you BOTH once more. I look forward to being a part of he OUTsurance family . Very content client and that's just from one call .
