Amazing service

<p>My vehicle was ****** on Saturday the 1st of April, and it was heartbreaking.</p> <p>I phoned in Monday morning and spoke to Moses , he really put my mind at ease and reassured me everything would be ok, he constantly kept me up to date regarding my claim.</p> <p>He was so patient and friendly while dealing with me. He really went above and beyond with truly awesome service.</p> <p>I then spoke to Sershen regarding my new cars insurance. He showed genuine interest in what was important to me with regards to insurance. He was very knowledgeable, highly accommodating and sensitive to my situation.</p> <p>Within 2 days my claim was paid out and I had insurance on my new car - all thanks to the help from Moses Malatsi and Sershen Naidoo.</p> <p>I so appreciate the level of service and sensitivity with which my claim was being dealt with by all the consultants.</p> <p>I have heard stories about insurance companies and their agents, but Moses and Sershen confirmed that I have made the right choice in choosing and staying with OutSurance. I am thankful to both of them for helping me through this process.</p> <p>Moses and Sershen, you are amazing and thank you for all your help!!
